"À Mesa com Saúde" is a health literacy initiative organised by FMUC and iCBR-FMUC, in partnership with the Coimbra School of Hospitality and Tourism and the Coimbra Local Health Unit. Dinners, on different themes, are discussed by chefs, scientists and clinicians who address diseases and their prevention through food. The dinners are open to the entire population with the aim of raising awareness about the impact of food on health and improving quality of life.
Until January 2024, there have been 3 editions of "À Mesa com Saúde".
